As your hosts, we are pleased to be of assistance for your questions and concerns. For emergencies we can be contacted 24hrs a day.We are happy to share our local knowledge with you; good restaurants, value eateries, the best ski shops and boot fitters, bike and walking trails and activities including heli-skiing, snowmobiling and whitewater rafting.
Check-In
Our check-in, check-out and concierge services are currently handled by Whistler Reception Services. Their office is located in the lobby of Deer Lodge, Whistler Town Plaza. Office Hours can vary, so please contact them in advance if you arriving later than 10.00pm or earlier than 8.00am. They can be reached on (604) 966-0999 or email info@whistlerreception.comCheck-In begins at 4:00pm.
Late Check-In

Bus Arrivals
If
you are arriving by the airport express bus, please arrange to be
dropped off at the Delta Village Suites.
This is the closest drop off point to the Whistler Town Plaza, which is
located
right next door.
Keys & Security
Whistler Town Plaza has an integrated security access system covering overnight building access, underground security parking and condominium access. On arrival you will be provided with a security access card for each person registered. Please remember to carry your access key with you whenever you leave the room, as you may be locked out without it.
Security Deposit
It is a condition of your rental that you accept full responsibility for any damage to, or loss from the condominium during your stay. We will be requesting a signed, credit card slip as a security deposit upon check-in. This will voided upon departure, provided no charges have been incurred for excess cleaning, property damage, missing items or long distance phone charges.
Room Servicing
Your condominium is thoroughly cleaned and prepared prior to your arrival, and then weekly during your stay. We will provide extra linen and towels for your convenience, along with supplies for the washer/dryer. Minor cleaning materials are also provided for your convenience. Please let us know if you would like to receive a higher level of room servicing at a supplementary charge.
Facilities
The Whistler Town Plaza has a common area hot tub. The exercise room consists of a bicycle, treadmill and stair master.
Parking
Secured, underground parking for one vehicle is offered to our guests for a nominal charge. Please ensure that your vehicle is parked in the correct stall assigned to your unit. Parking elsewhere may lead to your vehicle being towed at your own expense. If another vehicle has incorrectly occupied your assigned stall, please use a stall that is not reserved and contact us immediately.
Pets
No pets are permitted in the Whistler Town Plaza.
Ski Storage
Complimentary ski lockers are provided for our guests. The ski locker room is located on the lobby level of Deer Lodge, to the left of the elevator. The combination to your ski locker, will be assigned at check-in. Under no circumstances are skis, poles or bicycles permitted in your suite.
Smoking
Our unit is strictly non-smoking. Smoking is permitted on the balcony only.
Telephone
All local telephone calls are free of charge. Long distance calls must be made with either a major credit card or telephone calling card. For incoming calls, the phone number is 604 932-5621.
Check-Out
Check-out is 10:00am. We ask that the unit be left in good condition, to avoid extra cleaning charges. All kitchenware should be clean, excess garbage should be removed.
